Sunday 20th of May and it's Baynesfield Dirtfest time again!
Our annual "give back" to the farmers and forestry guys who let us play on their near perfect riding terrain so if you've never been there, come see what makes some of the ultimate riding area in KZN!

What we going to give you?
How about a stand alone kiddies track for the little guys & girls
Then an "easy" loop for newbies and the braver little ones, probably about 8 to 10 kms with plenty short cut home options.
And then we'll go PROPER...., a nice loop of about 30 kms with a few interesting options from my private stock...
Went there this week end to do a clean-up for the locals, (effing bicycle clowns NEVER EVER clean up their shyte....Angry) and found even more bits, thought I had that place covered but now I got even more in my GPS stash..Big smile And of course I'll share it.....

Then how much are we going to ream your butts for this one?
Being KZN and we're a bunch of rip-off artists we'll hit you the same as last time; the HUGE sum of R150 for the main track and R80 for the kids track BUT there is a catch.........
That price is if you pre enter (entry forms will be on www.dirtfest.co.za soon)
Enter on the day and you'll have to cough R200 for the main track and R100 for the kids track.

Out of towners, plenty camping right at the venue and there are hot showers, toilets and the best pub in KZN right there for you. I'll post camping costs soon but it will be minimal.
We're also working on a place to stay list which will be on the website soon as well.

Oh yeah, last thing..., last fun event there didn't have the ..errrr... best marking.... but don't worry this one's being done by the A team so it'll be race quality and you know we're pretty good at that....

Our second event of 2012 is at a brand new venue outside of Lydenburg that is an entire farm that has been purposely set up for Enduro riding. The track is technical and rocky and what real enduro riding is made of.

It's also very spectator friendly with some gnarly 'special' sections easy accessible.
