Topic: Waranty KTM Posted: 30 Jul 2010 at 7:05pm |

Hi guys,
I have a 2009 KTM 990 Adventure that is some ripples in the fuel tank. I'm trying to find the site's complaints KTM in Austria, but not found.
Does anyone know the email address that I could make a complaint with the KTM Austria and ask the warranty of the bike?
Thank you,
Zeco

Welcome, sounds like a manufacturing defect. I'm sure Adventure bikes have better warranty than their off-road siblings, 1 month.

wonder what e-mail KTM Austria in order to make a complaint.
I bought this bike 4 months ago, the bike is sold with almost 1 year behind in Brazil.
I made the claim in Brazil ... They asked me to make a formal complaint at KTM of Austria,
Does anyone know the address of the e-mail me to make a complaint?
Thanks,

Your Dealer which you bought the bike from should handle the whole process on Dealer net... Its quite alot of work but they should do it!!!!!!

Terry, He is in Brazil? Do you have a branch out there?
You never share any insight in any of the discussions instead you always just blow your number and advertise ... I post pictures and write a small review on the 350 and at the end of it you post your cell? This is a public discussion group not an advertising portal... Mods already removed your post on the 350 thread.... If you want to advertise at least show a bit more insight in the actual discussions instead of bumming off others and throwing your numbers at every possible opportunity.

Hi T-BaG, first of all ,what i would do is get hold of Austria, find out who the agent is in brazil then let them ,help me, help him ,about his problem, so yes the KTM family gives me a branch in brazil thats why we ride KTM. Second of all, what i do is to try and assist riders with problems that they may have, when it seems that the are not getting any where with KTMSA or its agents which could be Pro Action as well (i dont see other dealers doing this) most of the time at no cost. I dont use this as an advertising portal. I use it as an assistance to KTM owners. You have your discussions, and I will enter into it from time to time. This post of mine, throughout was about a warranty problem not about your 350 post. I dont want to bum off others, all i try and do is assist. Whats wrong with that? If you dont like that, then call me and tell me. As for 350 post of mine All i was trying to do let people know about the features of the bike, which you did in writing.
After all this i will advertise and pay edirt for doing so just to make you feel better. I will still carry on assiting KTM riders with there problems as best as i possibly can. I LOVE THE BRAND AND DO WHAT CAN DO TO HELP RIDERS GET THE BEST OUT OF THEIR BIKES!!!!

Not wanting to Hijack this thread, however herewith my opinion on the above
With all due respect, Terry or KTM for that matter do not need free advertising - they are well known enough.
Teery once called me late one Sat morning regarding a rebuild in his workshop. I did not ask him to call. He did it because he is focussed on service and wanted to offer an alternative solution. I appreciated that
No KTM dealer has EVER done that for me before !!!!
I thought his first comment on this thread was admirable
