some alternative accommodation as well stayed here before as well great people about 25 km from katberg hotel http://www.wheretostay.co.za/mountainviewlodge/  all on a good road self catering

as a photoman i am so hoping for snow dont know what the riders think about that hell do you need special tyres will they ride ??  comments concerning the camping phew not a good idea even if there is no snow its -5 to 5 'C temps in winter so tough ?? is that  enough maybe after a a bottle or 2 of OB's maybe
