It seems incredible but the retailer in Brazil, not bothered with the problem ... Because of this I am trying to contact the warranty service from KTM Austria.

No need to take any proof, just take about R1,000.
 
I was caught out when the dealer registered but didn't licence a new bike bike. When I sold it a year and a bit later I had about R700 to pay in.

Happened to my KTM 125 as well, immediately drained the water.....seized the motor on the following ride...to save you alot of money, while the motor is still cranking, etc...... open it, clean it, or send it to someone to look at it, while you at it do the top & bottom end.
